White wine made from Alvarinho grapes exclusively from Monção and Melgaço. From a single plot that produces a wine that reveals the most pure and original Alvarinho variety. The profile of this wine is an apology for elegance. Very smooth pressing of whole destemmed grapes. Cold clarification for a long period. Fermentation in new 400-liter French oak barrels. Aging in these barrels for 9 months with batonnage on total lees.
Tasting notes: Very fine aromas of low intensity where high quality wood is noted. Elegant and extremely mineral with smoky nuances. Excellent structure and acidity. Very elegant and long finish with delicate finish of the Alvarinho variety.
