Yellow citrus color, with hints of passion fruit, lime and delicate nuances of white flowers and sour apple. In the mouth, fresh with citrus notes, vibrant acidity that ends in a smooth and elegant finish.
The grapes were completely stored and lightly pressed in a pneumatic press, selecting only the must that was later cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24 hours. Fermentation was carried out in a stainless steel tank with a temperature control of approximately 16ºC for 2 weeks. Aged only in stainless steel vats to preserve all the aromas and flavors of fresh fruits.
