The vinification was carried out by the traditional process, in clay pots and without temperature control. The old way of making wine was fully respected. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts from the region and without addition or correction of musts. The wine aged for two months in a bottle. This wine was not established before bottling so as not to affect its development potential and could create a natural deposit during the bottle phase.

Golden color from the stage in prolonged contact with the grape skins. Aroma of honey, earthy and mineral notes. Good volume in the mouth and a fresh and creamy finish.

Storage Lying at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.
Pairing with food:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meat and as an aperitif.
