Winemaking:
Grapes from a single batch of 30-year-old vines, located in the northern region of Cima Corgo, in a schist/granite transition zone, at an altitude of 600 m, with predominantly southern exposure. Reception without destemming, followed by pressing, clarification at 7ºC for 1 day. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at around 18ºC. Aging for 5 months in stainless steel vats with fine lees.

Test results:
Very lush aroma, with a predominance of floral characteristics, lemon peel, light vegetables and soft boxwood notes. Elegant with a very present acidity and a very fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.

To be served with fish and seafood.
