Winemaking:
The grapes, from previously selected fields, were transported in plastic boxes of 22 kg of food and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the winery. Later they were fearless and pressured. The pressed wort was transferred to a stainless steel tank, where it was kept at a temperature of 8 ° C for 48 hours until it was decanted. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 º C, for a period of 30 days. Aging for 3 months in stainless steel vats.

Test results:
Bright citrus colored wine, with expressive aromas of tropical fruits reminiscent of fresh passion fruit, in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. It starts in the mouth test in a captivating way, evolving into a balanced wine, of medium volume and structure, very well integrated with excellent sensations of minerality. A seductive wine that ends fresh and with a pleasant persistence.

Storage Lay at a temperature of 15 ° C. Serve at a temperature of 10-11 ° C.
Pairing with food:
Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats and as an appetizer.
