Projects are experiences, very small productions, where Niepoort tries different ways to create other wines, sharing the results with wine lovers. The first creations are unusual for the Douro: Chardonnay, Late Harvest (late harvest) and Riesling. The grapes were harvested almost ripened to guarantee a high level of acidity. Vinified in mills, with 100% stems, aged in old barrels (pipes) and 10% in new oak barrels.
Fresh, vibrant and aromatic, with typical notes of Muscat orange peel. Great body and structure, but with an incredible lightness and freshness due to the high acidity content.

Storage Lay at a temperature of 15 ° C. Serve at a temperature of 10-11 ° C.

Good with seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats and as an appetizer.
