GRAPE VARIETIES: Wardrobe, Antão Vaz and Verdelho.
CONCEPT: Fusion wine resulting from blending the best Portuguese grape varieties. Lush, fresh and fruity.
TASTING NOTES: Citrus yellow color, with an exuberant aroma of tropical fruits and orange blossom notes to set the tone. In the mouth, it attacks with good volume where the good fruit is balanced with perfect acidity. The ending is quite persistent.
GASTRONOMY: Superbly accompanies fish dishes, salads and pasta “al dente”.
WINEMAKING: Very selective manual vinification in 20 kg boxes. Transport to the cellar in a cold truck. Direct pressing without crushing, with natural defecation. Alcoholic fermentation took place at 12ºC, 90% in stainless steel vats and 10% in new French oak barrels.
ALCOHOL: 13% Vol.
CONSERVATION AND SERVICE: Store at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC.
