When the grapes reach the right point of ripeness, they are carefully harvested, destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Then, the wine matures in lees for another 12 months with battonage and another 9 months in bottle, before launch.
Arinto, Antão Vaz
