Winemaking:
When the grapes reach the right point of ripeness, they are carefully harvested, destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Then, the wine matures in lees for another 12 months with battonage and another 9 months in bottle, before launch.

The wine displays fruit on the nose, showing body and balance on the palate and is characterized with a long and persistent finish.
