Whisky Shinobu

Shinobu Distillery is located in Niigata, which is the largest Japanese city on the coast of the Sea of ​​Japan. Niigata is known for its "Three Whites" which are rice, snow and sake in a natural environment blessed with sources of pure water.

In Japan when people talk about SHINOBU it means TOLERANCE, they are based on it to make these magnificent whiskeys.

Mr. Usami is the creator of Shinobu whiskeys, the elaboration is done by hand, in a totally artisanal way. The purpose of Mr. Usami is to be able to show whiksy lovers the quality of making a whiskey with pure water.

Shinobu Blended Mizunara Oak, is a blend of whiskeys from around the world that are first stored in barrels that have previously had bourbon and sherry and then finally finish aging in Mizunara Japanese oak barrels.
