Distiller’s Safe - belonging to the Whiskey Maker Series collection - is an Irish whiskey that celebrates the art of our Distillery Chef, Brian Nation, and his mastery of the Irish still. It also represents your control over the safety of the distillery, which allows you to confirm the quality of what is inside the still without having to open it.

Aroma:
From floral scent to intense spices, through fresh herbs, this special selection of spirits shows how the subtle and delicate sweet notes of Irish grain whiskey can complement the more robust character of Irish still whiskey. The sweetness of barley sugar combines with the juiciness of grapefruit and green pepper, with a touch of marzipan to add depth.

Flavor:
It starts with the sweetness of barley sugar, moves to the touch of cinnamon and even a touch of licorice. A vibrant note of mandarin appears along with a nutty flavor from ground almonds.

End of mouth:
It remains light and full of flavor, with barley coming later.
