PREPARATION INFORMATION: This fabulous drink is impregnated with the truly Italian flavor of fresh rosemary. This plant's aromatic essences are obtained from the leaves of the shrub whose natural habitat is the Mediterranean region. The extraction is carried out by an alcoholic perfusion of rosemary leaves, which are then distilled with steam. The technique consists of mixing the alcohol obtained from the distillation of wheat with rosemary leaves and a stream of steam at a controlled temperature. Thus, the drink maintains the freshness and fragrance of aromatic substances that may have been lost to undergo high temperatures typical of direct distillation. The water used for the production of vodka comes from the alpine slopes of Monte Rosa, in which the liquid glaciers stored in a degree of purity such that it does not need to be distilled, reach an extraordinary quality. Wheat grains are grown in the Monte Viso valley, where the southwestern Alps meet the Po river. This type of wheat, makes the alcohol obtained from powder and envelope, starch is distilled four times copper yet until the ideal alcohol grade vodka.
