Harvest handpicked in baskets of 40 kg. The bunches are carefully selected on a sorting table, and then the grapes are crushed and transported to the fermentation vats without the aid of pumps. It macerates for 3 to 6 hours at low temperature and the resulting bleeding occurs spontaneously at 12ºC to maintain its aromatic potential.
Mineral attack and fresh saline, has the matrix of the Azorean and Terroir grape varieties, but with an exuberant Azorean aroma, more tropical, more pineapple and passion fruit, with fresh fruits with acidity.

Storage Lay at a temperature of 6-8ºC. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
Pairing with food:
Ideal to pair with oysters, barnacles and seafood. It also works with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
