Tanning decantation and fermentation with low temperature and controlled system. Bottle-fermented at low temperatures, remuage manual, and disgorging at low temperatures.
It features a clean look, with fine and persistent bubbles and lightly lemony colour with shades of straw. The aroma is intense, exquisite flowers of the Malvasia, with a fresh and very fruity taste, prolonged at the end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
Excellent with grilled fish or appetizers.
