Tanning decantation and fermentation with low temperature and controlled system. Bottle-fermented at low temperatures, remuage manual, and disgorging at low temperatures.
Limpid and fine with persistent bubbles. In the nose is intense and exquisite floral scent, with a fresh and very fruity palate with a long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 6 to 8ºC.
Excellent with grilled fish or appetizers.
