Manual harvesting in 40 kg baskets, the bunches are carefully selected from a sorting table and then the grapes are crushed and transported to the fermentation tanks without the help of pumps. Here they are macerated in 3 to 6 hours at low temperature and the resulting bleeding spontaneously ferment at 12ºC, in order to maintain all the aromatic potential.
Pale pink color with cherry tones, it has a very intense ripe strawberry nose, married with notes of iodine and black pepper. In the mouth it is surprising, it is textured, saline, but fresh, with salts to persist and burn on the palate.
Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.

It is an excellent wine to be served as an aperitif or to drink with a barbecue in the summer.
