Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in small boxes (25 kg). The wine is produced in wineries and oak vats, prolonged maceration in the case of beams. After fermentation, the wine will be trained in new French oak barrels, approximately 14 months. During training, they are analyzed to assess their sensory development and the most balanced barrels are selected. Once the desired balance is reached, the batch is made with barrels and is chosen in stainless steel vats for future integration and bonding. In the end, it undergoes light filtration before bottling.

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Amarela

Test results:
Beautiful, bright and clean dark red. Aroma is very fruity, full and complex. It presents ripe fruits like blackberry and currant, with wood present, but well integrated, elegant and with a lot of character. In the mouth it is full-bodied, very tasty, full of ripe fruit, with tannins, but very soft. High profile, long and very tasty. Direct and frank. Full of fruit, it is velvety, with a very rich and persistent finish. Due to its balance, it promises longevity.

Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 18 ºC.

Pairing with food:
You can accompany dishes of red meat and game well structured and rich in flavor, and roasted cod and semi-cured cheeses.
