Vision: intense and deep.
Nose: characteristic aroma, very intense and complex, with floral notes.
Palate: well-rounded with a precise but seductive quality, with obvious fruit flavors, floral notes. Well structured with dense but fine tannins. With freshness and concentration, a long, seductive and persistent finish.
GRAPES: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.
AGING: Aging for 12 months in large 500-liter French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: Total destemming and controlled crushing. It must undergo a skin maceration in the cold for 48 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and with moderate extraction of maceration continued for more than 40 days. The wine was subjected to fermentation in new stainless steel malolactic tanks.
WINE PAIRING: roasted goat meat, lamb, chicken rice.
