It presents a dark ruby color, of great saturation. Very expressive nose, full of ripe fruits. It allows the acidity to guess smooth trails of tropicality and green olive. In the mouth, intense and well-defined passion fruit - which is quickly dyed into wild fruits, full of freshness. Alcohol is very well integrated.
Winemaking:
After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by a step for four hours in granite mills. The must is transferred to small capacity wine fermentation tanks with temperature control. The varieties are vinified separately. It aged in second and third year barrels in 225 liter French Allier oak.

Bottle thrown at an ambient temperature of 12 ºC and humidity of 60%. Serve from 16 ° C to 18 ° C.
