Fresh attack, evolving in great harmony to a compact volume, composed of mature and firm tannins. Good aromatic freshness sensation, with notes of excellent complexity reminiscent of wild Douro fruits, rockrose and cocoa. The set provides a pleasant finish and excellent persistence.

Winemaking:
The grapes, from our Quinta da Cabreira, in the Douro Superior, were transported in food plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature.
