Hand harvested in small boxes of 15 kg. Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control, post fermentation maceration. Stage six months in oak barrels French and Portuguese first and second year.

Tasting Notes:
Good concentration aromatic with notes of red fruits and resin. Soft tannins, balanced with a lingering finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
