Winemaking:
Harvested manually in small 15 kg boxes. Peeled and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control, post-fermentative maceration. Six-month aging in French and Portuguese oak barrels, first and second year.

Test results:
Good aromatic concentration with notes of red fruits and resin. Soft tannins, balanced with a persistent finish.
Store and serve advice:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meat.
