Grapes originating from vineyards planted on the Beira Interior plateau, at an average altitude of 700 meters, mostly over 40 years of age in schist soils. Depending on the year, we selected the best vineyards, whose native grape varieties are perfectly adapted to the rustic climate caused by the altitude.
