Complexity, very concentrated aroma, vigorous and structured in the mouth with a thick texture denoting grapes created with stess.

Tinta roriz / Tempranillo 70%, Jaen / Mencia 20%, Touriga Nacional 7%, Rufete 3%.

Winemaking
Grapes hand-picked, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26º for 7 days with gentle maceration.

Internship
Aging for 12 months in new French oak barrels 1/3 and American 2/3.
