Grapes from vineyards planted on the plateau of Beira
Interior, at an average altitude of 700 meters, mostly in
shale soils. Depending on the year, we select the best vineyards,
whose native varieties are perfectly adapted to the climate
rustic caused by altitude.
Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and
crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22 - 26 ºC
for 7 days with gentle maceration.
Aging for 8 months in new French oak barrels 1/3
and American 2/3.
