Fruity aroma with discreet mineral, very elegant, in balance with barrel notes. Wild fruits, spices, discreet notes of vanilla and toast. Fruity and persistent, with a fresh and elegant finish.

Try it with meat roasts, Iberian ham and cured cheeses.

VARIETIES
Tinta Roriz / Tempranillo (85%), Jaen / Mencia (15%).

SOURCE
Grapes from vineyards planted on the plateau of Beira
Interior, at an average altitude of 700 meters, mostly in
shale soils. Depending on the year, we select the best vineyards,
whose native varieties are perfectly adapted to the climate
rustic caused by altitude.

VINIFICATION
Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and
crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22 - 26 ºC
for 7 days with gentle maceration.

INTERNSHIP
Aging for 8 months in new French oak barrels 1/3
and American 2/3.
