lavender and rock rose in perfect harmony with fruity aromas of
ripe cherries and strawberries. Very discrete barrel notes where
fully fermented and aged.

Organic wine from grapes 100% Pinot Noir from organic farming
without irrigation, originating in our vineyard with schistous soil in the parish
of Vermiosa, in the heart of the Douro Internacional Natural Park,
an altitude of 700 meters.
VINIFICATION AND INTERNSHIP
Hand-picked grapes, partial destemming and crushing
Integral fermentation in 390 Lts barrels (Perles) with
indigenous yeasts without temperature control, with subsequent
12 months aging in the same barrels.
This wine has not undergone any stabilization process
nor filtration. Subject to creating deposit with age.
