Tinta Roriz / Tempranillo (80%), Touriga Nacional (10%), Jaen /
Mencia (10%)

Grapes from vineyards planted in clay-schist soils,
with an average age of 40 years, in the Beira Interior plateau in the
river basin in the heart of the Douro Natural Park
International, at an altitude above 750 meters.
We selected the best Tinta Roriz grapes perfectly
adapted to the altitude and depending on the years varying quantities
Touriga Nacional and Jaen complete the lot, giving
complexity and elegance.

with soft maceration in cement tanks, maceration using
the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation,
