Deep and concentrated ruby color, aromas of black fruits, notes of spices and menthol. In the mouth it is dense, with firm tannins, a very balanced acidity and an intense and spicy finish.
30% Touriga Nacional, 30% Syrah, 30% Alicante Bouschet and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. 3 tons of grapes were selected from the best parcels of Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah to which we added 10% cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were destemmed into a small stainless steel tank, where they macerated 24 hours at low temperature, before starting alcoholic fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation proceeded slowly, with the native yeasts, with soft pumping over. After fermentation, it was transferred to a stainless steel tank, where it naturally decanted, and then moved to a selection of new and used barrels, where it remained for 14 months until bottling.
