Vinification: DOC grapes from the manual harvest of our associates are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation starts at a controlled temperature (28ºC). During this period, maceration is carried out by the timed reassembly process, which lasts for the entire fermentation period, about 8 days.
Color: Wine with a crystalline appearance, garnet color.
Aroma: Aroma of red fruits and tanning.
Palate: Soft and full-bodied, with soft tannins that gives it a long finish, denoting the grape varieties that make it up.
Consumption: Consume young or let it age for 2 to 3 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Gastronomy: Accompanies with several dishes of red meats, sausages and cured or half cured cheese.
