Intimista Red Wine

Intimista Red Wine is an Alentejo Regional Wine produced with the local strains Alfrocheiro, Aragonez, Moreto and Trincadeira. Of intense ruby ​​color, it presents aromas of red fruits, floral notes and touches of cedar, vanilla and black pepper. A Red Wine of medium body and easy to drink. In the mouth it has balanced acidity and pleasant tannins.

Winemaking:
Produced with grapes from the Alfrocheiro, Aragonez, Moreto and Trincadeira strains from vineyards in the Alentejo wine region. The maceration is carried out in stainless steel vats and the wine does not pass through wood.

Harmonization:
It goes well with red meats, game meats, pizza and cured cheeses.

Winery:
Adega Cooperativa da Granja is a winery with more than sixty years of history, founded in 1952. Recognized for its excellent wines, produced in the famous wine region of Alentejo. In 1989 it reached its maximum exponent with a wine “Champion of the World” in a contest held in the former Republic of Yugoslavia. In 2007 Adega Cooperativa da Granja received strong investments, modernizing its production line and hiring a new team of winemakers. Intimista wine is produced under the brand Encostas d'Alqueva, a partnership signed between Adega Cooperativa da Granja, responsible for production, and Amareleza Vinhos, responsible for bottling.
