Rosé da Fita Preta Cuvée nº 4

Winemaking:
Very selective manual harvesting in 20kg boxes. Transport to the winery in refrigerated trucks. The curls are carefully selected on a leaderboard. Sangria 55% and 45% direct press.

Grape varieties:
Castelão, Trincadeira, Aragonêz

Test results:
Light salmon color. It has a creamy texture on the palate. It is balanced with a refreshing acidity.

Store and serve advice:
Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.

Pairing with food:
It is an excellent wine to be served as an aperitif or to drink with a barbecue in the summer.
