Produced from old vines of unknown age. The fermentation method is 50% with maceration and 50% without melicular maceration in closed stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18ºC to 20ºC. 60% maturation in old wooden vats and 40% in stainless steel vats. The average age of the wines is between 2 and 3 years.
Gouveio, Rabigato, Côdega de Larinho, Malvasia Fina
Golden caramel color. It has an intense and floral aroma. The palate is sweet, creamy, with notes of hazelnut.
