Produced from old vines of unknown age. Method of fermentation is 50% with maceration and 50% without melicular maceration in closed stainless steel vats at controlled temperature of 18ºC to 20ºC. Maturation of 60% in old wood vats and 40% in stainless steel tanks. The age batch of wines as an average of 2-3 years.

It has a golden yellow color and characteristic aromas of fruit. The palate is sweet, thin, with good balance and good aromatic persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16-18°C.
Drink it slightly chilled as an aperitif or at room temperature with a dessert.
