Winemaking:
The grapes are picked manually into small boxes; from a single harvest, its winemaking is processed according to the traditional Port wine method. After partial destemming, the grapes are crushed in stone mills with steps. The fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature, being interrupted by the addition of cognac. This wine, as it is produced, has great aging potential.

Test results:
Color of purplish tones. Very fruity and complex, highlighting the fine aroma of ripe black fruits, jelly and jam. Round and velvety, full-bodied, warm, with very ripe fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant; Polished and velvety tannins provide a good extension and finish at the end of the mouth.
Store and serve advice:
The bottling must be kept in a horizontal position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. As the wine ages in the bottle, over time it may form some natural sediment in the bottle, so it should be carefully opened and
Pairing with food:
It goes very well with strong cheeses such as Stilton, Roquefort, Danish blue, Portuguese saw, among others. It can also be served with fruit or chocolate desserts or, possibly, a good cigar.
