It is vinified by reassembly in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 26º / 28º C. Aging for a few years in oak barrels before bottling.

Test results :
Intense brick color. It has a more complex nose than ruby, presenting young fruit with a raspberry character. In the mouth it is kind of sweet with rich and balanced fruit.
Storage and service tips:
Serve cold at 9-14 ° C. Decanting is not necessary because this filtered door has no sediment. It is ready to drink as soon as it is bottled. It can be enjoyed for about 3 months, keeping the bottle in a cool place.
Particularly pleasant with a dessert, with dark chocolate or cheese. Also only at the end of the meal.
