Winemaking:
Traditional method of producing "Moscatel do Douro" wine produced in this region. Fermentation takes place with temperature control, being interrupted by the addition of cognac (fire water). The entire winemaking process is controlled by the winemaking team, considering the grape variety, its level of ripeness and the desired sweetness. This wine is the result of the mixed selection of "Moscatel do Douro (DOP)" wines, matured in barrels with an average of more than 10 years (approved by the IVDP at 10 years).

Spicy, nutty and excellent with burnt sugar and notes of bitter orange under an almond, apricot, fig and tangerine nose.

Serve at a temperature of 16ºC
