The grapes were hand-picked, carefully selected and 100% detached from the winery. This wine was vinified in small stainless steel vats at 16ºC, with previous maceration light on cold skin.
Viosinho gives this citrus colored wine clean and elegant aromas, where white flesh fruits are evident. Its strong mineral component is evident in the aroma and taste, where elegance and balance are surprising. The finish is consistent and long.
