Wine produced from vineyards located on clay soils in well-drained slopes, this wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks with a low capacity of 24ºC.
Pomegranate colored wine, with aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is smooth and rounded with balanced acidity and with ripe and elegant tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
This wine matches perfectly with beef, roasted meat, barbecue and strong cheeses.
