TEST RESULTS
Aroma and flavor Intense cherry, ruby color and shiny appearance. In the mouth it is round and velvety.
PACKAGING
There is no time limit for consumption. Keep in a cool, dry place, favoring air circulation and protected from light.
PRODUCTIVE METHOD
Liquor produced according to conventual recipe, artisanal form free from dyes and flavorings. After picking the sour cherries, they are selected and placed in a hydroalcoholic infusion in stainless steel vats where they stay on stage for a long period of time.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE / CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS
Serve as an aperitif or digestive. To enjoy all the elegance of the liquor, preferably consume between 14 to 15º. In hot seasons it is recommended to serve fresh. It can be used in cocktails and gastronomy.
