Beirão is Portuguese for "da Beira". Beira was the name of an old province in Portugal, currently contained in the Central Portugal region. This delicious and well-known Portuguese liquor is produced in Serra da Lousã. It is prepared with natural products from a double distillation of 12 plants, medicinal and others with a strong aroma, such as: eucalyptus, cinnamon, rosemary. Color topaz.
