The artisanal gin Santamanía is characterized by the delicate nuances provided by the grape and by the most selected ingredients, pampered drop by drop by our master distillers in a continuous distillation process, without concentrates and without mixtures.
Made with an exceptional grape alcohol from the country, mainly Tempranillo, a variety as traditional as it is delicious. It follows a traditional "one-shot" distillation process, by which it is done in a single balanced process that includes steeping and steaming vegetables. The botanical maceration time depends on each one of them, ensuring the correct extraction of essential oils, in a time between four and twenty-four hours.
It is followed by distillation in Vera, one of our copper stills with vaporization column and passage through a fractionation column, followed by rest and alternation with aeration by racking. In communion with our exceptional water, we obtain, after a period of rest of 2 to 3 months, Gin Santamanía. A prodigy of the obsession to do well, with the best ingredients and the best tools that materializes in an exquisite product that fulfills the necessary requirements of an authentic London Dry.

On the nose, they reveal the subtlety of the most exotic botanists such as angelica root, cardamom, fine cinnamon and coriander, surrounded by the freshness of raspberry, citrus and fresh rosemary. Deep and very subtle, the fine fragrance of juniper is appreciated.
Slightly sweet licorice fruit with light grape notes. Sophisticated, soft, fresh and unctuous, with floral sensations, citrus notes and a long persistence in the mouth.
