Sage, bay leaf, lemon verbena, eucalyptus, peppermint, salicornia, ginger, cardamom, hibiscus flower, black tea and, of course, juniper. Each in the right measure to achieve the subtle and balanced notes that characterize the peculiar aroma of the Galician Nordés gin.

Slow and very careful process
The Albariño grape, native to Galicia, makes Nordés an easy-to-drink distillate. The fruity notes of our Galician gin and the mild aroma of the grape are tinted by a selection of carefully macerated vegetables. Galician and foreign flavors in perfect harmony.
