To create Brockmans, different skills are needed from a group of very experienced and dedicated friends. What brought them together was a huge fascination for this exciting and exotic drink. Their knowledge combined with the history of Gin, together with the subtle nuances of different styles of Gin and their distillation that proved to be invaluable, led this group of friends to create a completely new and original Gin. The only objective was to create a Gin like no other, with a flavor so intensely smooth and delicious that it would be pleasant even when drinking pure, only with ice. It took some time to perfect the botanical balance, and it was necessary to explore the wide range of possible combinations and their complex flavors. This whole process was a fusion between a huge passion, where quality was never sacrificed, and the best botanists from all over the world. Hundreds of different recipes were tested before reaching the sensual and intensely smooth taste of Brockmans.
Flavor: floral and fruity aromas, resinous notes of juniper berries, spicy and fresh nuances. I remember the forest fruit and blackberries, with notes of exotic and floral fruits.
Flavor: dry and fresh, round, fruity feeling, velvety round on the palate.
TREATMENT DETAILS: maceration is achieved with the botanist for 24 hours. Made with 100% English grains through 4 distillations. After these distillations, we add an infusion of red fruits that increase the scent of this premium gin. Incorporating bitter nuts enhances its soft touch and aroma becomes a real delicacy. Cilantro Bulgaria and Valencia orange peels pair with blueberries and blackberries.
