Winemaking:
The grapes of the best plots were selected and stalked. The fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at 25ºC for 8 days. Stage in French and American oak barrels for 7 months.

Aragonez, Syrah, Trincadeira
Tasting Notes:
Pronounced ruby color. Wild fruit aromas with notes of dark chocolate and eucalyptus. Round body in balance with acidity and structured tannins. Long and complex finale.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with appetizers, red meat dishes, risotto, pastas, pizza, vegetarian dishes and dry cheeses.
