It has Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet. Very open in color. Very attractive aroma, full of fresh red fruit, all with a lot of youth and telling us that it is wine to be consumed in this puerile stage. The light body and good acidity help in the rest.
Color: Intense ruby color.
Aroma: Aroma of red fruits with hints of vanilla.
Palate: Full-bodied and velvety flavor.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24ºC, followed by a 6 month aging in French oak.
Expected longevity: 3-4 years
Service: Should be served at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
